Solid building and units with difficult property manager

Pros:
Large apartment, lots of sunlight, sizable kitchen, nice staff, convenient laundry
Cons:
I had issues with the property management. The manager is not the easiest person to get along with and is a bit abrasive. He makes things more difficult than they need to be because it has to be completely on his terms. There are garbage rooms on every floor, but they shut them down during Covid and have not been reopened. There is also constantly bugs in the apartment during the summer/hot months despite the exterminator coming and spraying.

Pros:
- It's not a terrible location - The doormen are nice for the most part
Cons:
- Very loud with the hospital and men's shelter close by - Lost our gas for multiple months and they didn't give us any discount on our rent (this included our oven not working) - Laundry room is gross and tiny - They aren't very quick to fix things that are broken - I had a pipe burst in my bedroom and it took multiple days to get a response - Scammed us out of some money moving out
Advice to owner:
Stop switching over management companies and it made for a horrible experience when we lives there for a few years.
