    Awesome one bed

    Pros:
    Condo level finishes. High ceiling. Oversized one bed for the price but no laundry in unit
    Cons:
    Lot of young people moved in during pandemic. Can get a little chaotic with the noise they make
    Advice to owner:
    Raise rents
