Location is great and neighbors are friendly. Appearance of apartment is nice at surface level and has a “new” look.
Cons:
There have been MANY issues. It takes contacting management multiple times over multiple days to get a response, even with emergency safety issues. The biggest being the front door - it breaks at least once a month, locking you out of the building or even worse, IN the building causing a major safety concern. We have to tape the door open as management takes days to send someone to fix the issue. This has also led to stolen packages. Management also ghosted us after we told them what happened and requested footage from the security cameras.
Windows and ceiling leak ever time it rains after management says they have been fixed. The washer and dryer that are advertised in the listing are down in a creepy basement that you have to pester management to get the code for. To top it off, the dryer doesn’t even work. After trying for months to get management to resolve the issue they say there is no issue and that other tenants say it works. Confirmed with others that it has never worked for them and we all have to send our laundry out or go to the laundromat.
All in all this seems like a your stereotypical “landlord special” where management makes the apartment look nice for you to rent and then don’t care about anything once you’ve signed the dotted line. Would not recommend this building or management team.
Advice to owner:
Have a little respect for your tenants. Make permanent fixes in your building, not temporary vanity fixes. Tenant safety and security should be your biggest priority.

Pros:
- The apartment building itself is extremely nice. - Nice appliances and the dishwasher is a plus - Quiet street
Cons:
None of the pros outweigh the cons - The landlord He is completely unresponsive and not helpful. He is extremely slimy and will try to get out of doing as little work for you as possible. If something breaks or you want your security deposit back, good luck. Avoid this place at all costs, trust me it's not worth the hassle, look somewhere else.
