    best building but not sure about new management post covid (no experience)

    location, space, natural light, building staff, amenities, unit, honestly everything
    Cons:
    price, not sure what it's like with new owners/management post covid

    Gym, doorman, balcony, in-unit sound system… lots of amenities
    Cons:
    Individual heat/AC system rather old & not so efficient
