Great apartments with a frustrating leasing office

Pros:
Wonderful amenities and apartments in a terrific location
Cons:
Amenity fee is expensive and the leasing office was not responsive when we tried to negotiate our lease renewal

Friendly doorman, terrible mailroom, slow elevators

Friendly doorman staff and porters.
Cons:
Elevators are terrible. Building management office are not equip to resolve resident issues fairly.
