Most-reviewed NYC apartment buildings, by neighborhood

Some buildings have one or two reviews. Others have thirty. When you're deciding whether to sign a lease, depth of feedback matters as much as star rating — a 4.2 average across forty tenants tells you a lot more than a 5.0 across two. These roundups list the ten most-reviewed buildings in each neighborhood — the addresses with the deepest tenant signal on Openigloo. They're a mix of large complexes (lots of tenants, lots of reviews) and smaller buildings that just happen to have engaged communities of past and current renters. Either way, you'll find enough reviews on each one to form a real view before you commit. Useful both for vetting a building you're already considering and for spotting the addresses where Openigloo data is densest — the ones where our signal is strongest.
