Pretty good but random dog issues
Pros
The concierge is nice and the rooftop is sweet. The heat worked great. And the views were amazing.
Cons
Some of the dog owners let their reactive dogs off leash and thought it was cute. My dog got attacked multiple times by the same dog. And one time the dog came charging at me and my dog and I barely picked him up at the last second. It really hurt my back. This isn’t the buildings fault but there’s an air of pretentious folks to try and avoid.
Advice to the owners
Add strict leash rules. Not cool my dog can’t walk outside without being surrounded.
