Nicest spot, but COVID was tough on it

Pros:
Gorgeous, affordable and on the subway, great spot for art, free street parking, landlord is absentee, super was great and helpful
Cons:
The super had a legit issue with one of the roommates we picked up during COVID, and I didn't find out about it until it had escalated quite a bit. The roommate wouldn't budge. And that's when I found the owner was completely unreachable, wasn't even able to be or conduct business in the United States, owner's proxy was inattentive, dismissive. Super wouldn't talk to me, and I ended up moving instead of trying to get that many people to behave reasonably. Otherwise, great all around.
