- Cheap for location - No bugs / pests (I lived on top floor) - Quiet neighbors - Large space
- Floor is not level (slanted) - Heat is way too hot on top floors with little air flow even with windows open - Building is not updated in any way. Can't use microwave and AC at same time without blowing a fuse. - Toilets are very weak and require multiple attempts to flush.
