    Good starter apartment if you have a lot of friend

    Pros:
    big 2 floor apartment with 5 rooms of varying size and a spacious living room. Great starter apartment if you are a collage student and you plan to entertain often.
    Cons:
    For 5 rooms, there is only 1 and a half bathrooms. that means sharing a shower with 4 other people. Also, there is a fire alarm inconveniently located very near the stove so it goes off somewhat frequently.
