Cockroaches and possibly bedbugs
Pros
Good roommates, not far from stores, and not the worst neighborhood to live in.
Cons
A bit messy, cockroaches, and after new tenants moved into units a love and below, faced a small bedbug issue, which seems to be resolved after pest control and a bit of hard work in our unit.
Advice to the owners
Lower the rent. Over $4000.00 a month in this neighborhood is crazy for a single unit with 3 real sized bedrooms and a closet that’s considered the 4th.
