Amazing sorta place
Pros
Honestly this is one of the best buildings you can ever see for a reasonable price in boston. A solid spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all the required amenities such as heat (included), laundry in basement etc. Its a peaceful place with close proximity to the city and theres an amazing park with a basketball court right opposite the ground. Not to mention free parking and pets are free.
Cons
The main management person has changed over the past year and since then responsiveness for repairs has not been very good. Pest management especially cockroaches/rats has gotten poorer as well but that also depends on how clean you keep the place.
