Since it's on the newer side, the windows are well sealed and the heat and AC works well. Hot water was also good (though it did go out once or twice over the years we lived there).

There were obviously corners that were cut for cheap construction and the wear and tear showed quickly on the counters and bathrooms. There were outlets that did not work. We were told there would be professional cleaning before we moved in, but the apartment was filthy when we arrived. The management was extremely rude and refused to fix anything. On top of that, they would come into our apartment while we were asleep! So we basically never felt safe after that.
There always seemed to be some issue - The building was broken into multiple times, there were gas smells and we had to call the fire department, packages were stolen etc.
You can hear everything from your neighbors. We did not play music out of respect for our neighbors, but obviously that is a con and not all of the neighbors did that. The neighborhood is also loud, but that is to be expected near the bus station.
