    Nice place to live
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    It was fairly new when I moved in
    Very spacious living room/kitchen
    Laundry in building
    Storage in basement
    Parking
    Cons:
    Only one laundry
    No elevator
    No outdoor space
    Busy/loud street
    Floors don't have a lot of noise blocking, could hear upstairs neighbors stomping all the time
