    Pros:
    Clean hallway and excellent amenities. The gym is not crowded.
    Cons:
    Although there is a doorman for security purposes, that person cannot really tell who lives there and my friends can theoretically come into the building without me knowing.
    Advice to owner:
    The amenities are good, and it would be better if the sky deck has more chairs.
