    loved the doormen and unit itself

    management is unresponsive

    Good building but they will raise the rent frequently

    Pros:
    The building staff is friendly and responsive and we have not had any issues with the unit for the whole time we have lived there.
    Cons:
    The management company will definitely raise you rent, often times by a lot, every time the lease is up. The area is also very crowded with tourists.
