Building staff is helpful and quick to resolve issues for renters. The roof deck is great and has an indoor section which is lovely in the winter.
Cons:
There is a bit of coned construction noise, however they seem to be winding down work and it has improved.

Amazing staff beautiful building Great amenities that are usually empty Small enough to be intimate
Cons:
a little old fashioned (it is a pre-war building) no gym
Advice to owner:
do all you can to keep the amazing and kind staff!
