    Pros:
    Building staff is helpful and quick to resolve issues for renters. The roof deck is great and has an indoor section which is lovely in the winter.
    Cons:
    There is a bit of coned construction noise, however they seem to be winding down work and it has improved.

    Great amenities that are usually empty
    Small enough to be intimate
    Cons:
    a little old fashioned (it is a pre-war building)
    no gym
    Advice to owner:
    do all you can to keep the amazing and kind staff!
