It's ok if you're living with roommates
Former Tenant
Pros:
In a great location!
Cons:
Elevators are somehow always under service and management is very slow at responding to emails.

Don’t rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Actual apartment is very nice. The building is well kept. Doormen are very nice. Maintenance is quick and efficient
Cons:
Elevators are always broken. Expect to wait in long lines to get on the elevator. Scaffolding has been covering for the building for over 4 years with no intention on coming down. Management is unorganized. The email service when you receive a package has been down for months and they never sent a building notification. Apartments are overpriced. I would never recommend someone to move in.
