    This is a well-oiled machine

    staff is lovely, always clean
    Cons:
    slow response time to issues but they do get fixed
    Advice to owner:
    lower your rents

    Less than charming studio with great amenities

    Pros:
    The building is very clean with great amenities: pool, gym, rooftop common areas. The staff in the lobby are very friendly and do a greet job.
    Cons:
    The studio I rented faced the inner 'courtyard', and got absolutely zero light. The layout is a small box, and is very depressing with flourescent lighting and no natural light coming from the one window.
