    Pros:
    clean, nice rooftop, packages get left with doorman, good amenities, handy men were always coming super quick
    Cons:
    flex rooms aren’t the best, feels kinda like a frat house, far from everything
    Advice to owner:
    everything was really good if you’re in your young 20s so nothing!
