Don't rent lol

Pros:
water pressure and new bathrooms
Cons:
no security deposit return despite no damage, no live in super, very slow response rate, leaking windows, broken AC/heating when we first moved in.
Advice to owner:
Don't be a landlord lol find a new job.

Terribly managed building, didn’t respond to lease ending requests

Elevator building, washer/dryer in unit, central air in most rooms, walls created for 4 BD apt, dishwasher
Cons:
almost no window(natural) light, no shower rod when moved in, thin walls, washer/dryer is expensive for electric and takes 5 hours per load, small appliances, no drawers for utensils in kitchen, problems with hot water
