    Beautiful, Historic building with glorious views
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful, large apartments and building amenities. Views, great neighborhood.
    Cons:
    Water has been turned off twice in the last year. Storage units flooded during a storm, had to close gym. Slow elevators.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the elevators and water!
