    Top landlord, sign with no hesitation

    Pros:
    This might be the kindest, most attentive landlord in New York City. Responds via text almost immediately, should a problem arise. The building shows its age, but it’s maintained
    Cons:
    No buzzer at front door - admittedly a HUGE con as it makes package delivery a nightmare.

    Install an intercom system
