    Be Careful

    Pros:
    pretty sound proof, don’t often hear the neighbors. Views from certain apartments are amazing. Not a bad building if you are the type of person that is “get what you pay for” and pay your rent on time, then you’ll probably never hear from the landlord or super until you move out.
    Cons:
    The building is falling apart in certain regards and severely understaffed for 125 units in the full building. The super takes probably a week to get back to you unless you have something SUPER urgent, but that doesn’t mean it’ll get fixed. The heat is controlled on a timer from the boiler, so your house is either freezing or boiling. Multiple tenants in the building smoke in the hallway and leave cigarettes in the stairwell. Any issue is probably met with “it’s an old building”’ as the response. Would recommend reading the Google Reviews for Pistilli Management before signing your lease so you know what you’re getting into.
    Advice to owner:
    Have a ticketing system to track all the issues each apartment has, the super can’t track issues for 125 apartments over text. Hire more support staff for the super.
