    Actually authentic review watch out

    Pros:
    Great location and good size
    Cons:
    Filthy building the landlord lies and is unresponsive almost all of the time. Do not rent here at all these are terrible disgusting people
    The elevator breaks down almost weekly and you need to take the stairs
    Advice to owner:
    Care about your tenants requests and clean up the building it’s a joke
