Good value and convenient location

Pros:
Price point is reasonable and apartment has recent updates. Close to subway. Walking distance to Trader Joe's and Target.
Cons:
Stairs and hallways aren't the cleanest.
Advice to owner:
Deep clean the stairs and 1st floor by mailbox area.

Close to subway (not the vibe after dark)
Cons:
So many cons. Mice. Mice in my bed… and we kept it as clean as possible. Oven never worked, place was sooo small, bedrooms could basically only fit a bed, so many stairs, water would stop, idk just ugh. Roof top access shoumd have been illegal
