    Illegal apartment do not rent

    Pros:
    Great location, close to the train
    Cons:
    The area outside is dirty, the subway is really loud, 4 roommates, mice, roaches, roommate who works for landlord turns off the heat for fun, crazy insane roommates, WiFi doesn’t work, illegal bedrooms (one has no window and two rooms are one bedroom split in half with a fake wall), loud. Really do not move here it’s extremely illegal and should be shut down by the city.

    I finally left this shit hole
    Cons:
    Literally everything. I lived here a few years ago and unless the management company has changed, DO NOT live here. The management were disgusting people hell bent on screwing you over. Stole my security deposit. Required you to fill your own room. My room was an illegal closet. Gross pests and rodents everywhere. Dangerous living situation. I got out as soon as I could.
    Advice to owner:
    Don't try to screw people over
    Be responsive
