Very Very quiet for NYC
Close to the F East Broadway Stop

Pros:
The apartment we rented were gut renovated recently and was very nice and clean. It also came with laundry machine!
Cons:
Heater - there is central heater in the apartment but this DID NOT warm up my place at all! I was constantly making a claim and super came to help out, but it did not help much and I ended up buying my own electronic heater.

Shower - I hated that shower's water temperature was set super low. Even on the hottest setting, it was not enough and I had to wait when the heater turns on to get nice warm shower. Also shower water pressure was so low too.
Advice to owner:
I would work on shower and heater
