    Decent space for the price, some decent technology to the building
    Cons:
    Mice, cockroaches, chunks of wall falling, water damage
    Advice to owner:
    Focus on infrastructure first then aesthetics, solve mouse issue

    Great location, has its faults

    Love love loved location, appliances were so- so, management was ok to communicate with, building was clean most of the time,
    Cons:
    Roaches, mice, all the critters.
