Fun place to live on the LES

Pros:
Good floor plan within apartments, good location, potential for huge outdoor space, good finishes
Cons:
Hallway/stairs are gross/not cared for, the location seems to attract tenants who party a lot all days of the week

Beware of lease riders

Good open spaces, lively neighborhood.
Cons:
Property owner will try to slip all kinds of extra and questionably legal clauses into lease riders. Push back on these.

Maintenance will be slow rolled as long as possible.
Advice to owner:
Please be better.
