Stylish, quiet apartment in LES

Pros:
The apartment was well styled and had good facilities and storage. The bedroom was off the road and was very quiet. Great location, close by to plenty of fun food and drink venues and opposite Seward Park.
There's a patio off the bedroom which means there's at least some outdoor space, although it's almost totally enclosed by the backs of other buildings and not very pleasant.
Cons:
Not a lot of natural light in the bedroom or kitchen. Lighting is also very dim. Shower pressure was quite poor, hot water was slow.
Advice to owner:
Plumbing probably needs a look. The building itself isn't the prettiest. The garbage bins in the front hallway don't help. The upstairs neighbour seems to be constantly shifting furniture and running up and down the hall.
