Pros:
Great location near a ton of transportation, cute restaurants and plenty of shopping
Cons:
Rat infestation, flooding in apartments, scaffolding was up for years and we had to keep curtains closed because construction workers used the landing outside of our apartment as home base. No insulation with the windows and each room has its own electric AC/heater that was massively expensive. Energy bill averaged $500 per month for a 500 sq ft apartment.
Advice to owner:
Get your building in order so it doesn't affect active residents.

They raised the rent on us 20% for last 2 years
Super will ghost you
Roof been under construction for 2 years with no end date in sight
Laundry only has 2 washer 2 dryer and 1 dryer and now 1 washer out of commission and no one will fix
