    Great place to live
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Basically everything. We did have roaches, but mgmt was great and my exterminator was a cool guy, gave us good advice.

    Overall rocked
    Cons:
    Tough approval process
    not a ton of units available
    some of the floorplans have weird long hallways that feel dated
