-Rooftop access -Laundry in Building -Elevators -Security for less package theft -Spacious units -Old high school building -Next to two elementary schools, so quiet on evenings and weekends
Cons:
-The roof was open like two months a year, I don't see why it couldn't be open longer -I lived here for four years, and the laundry room was "out of service" for almost an entire year. reaching out to the laundry service made it clear that it was the building's problem that wasn't getting fixed
Advice to owner:
People pay good money for roof access in this city. Keep it open longer!
