    Decent place, some downfalls

    Pros:
    maintenance has been helpful and responsive
    Cons:
    No real cons, there was a mouse problem that we had to deal with independently. Packages often stolen.

    Pros:
    - Cleanliness, building staff regularly cleans building and garbage
    - quiet street since it’s across from a public school but can be a full of litter and suspicious activity at night
    - install AC for free / store them during winter
    Cons:
    - no heat on lower level of duplex
    - management is very slow to answer maintenance requests / not organized
    - cockroaches sometimes
    - washing and drying machines are not the best and will shrink all your clothes
    Advice to owner:
    Fix heat and answer requests in a timely manner
