Decent apartment, very loud surroundings
Pros
The renovated units were nicely done! There's no storage space but the bathrooms and kitchen were great.
Cons
The heat was a nightmare. Either it wasn't on at all (in the dead of winter) or it was boiling. Hopefully that's been fixed.
Advice to the owners
Invest in temperature control and insulated windows.

Pretty decent value BUT rooms for improvement
Pros
- Apartment sizes are decent - Exposed brick - Great location for restaurants and bar. - Close to the subway as well
Cons
- Beside a club so it can get loud and busy in front of the building - Not the easiest to get a hold of management - No washers or dryers - No working cameras in building - No roof access
Advice to the owners
- Have a easier way to communicate with residents and management - setup operation cameras - allow roof access
