    Good location, a lot of things around
    Cons:
    Noises and sometimes trash outside the building

    Pretty good, it's all AirBNBs I think

    I havent seen a single roach or rat so that's nice.
    Cons:
    The units are definitely small, which is fine. But the washroom is TINY
    Advice to owner:
    Bigger washrooms... also keep this roach free pls
