Great Location but constant roaches

Pros

amazing location, decent sized apartments, in-unit washer

Cons

constant roaches, downstairs neighbor was a nightmare but the rest of the neighbors were great

Pros

You can get a unit with a washer/dryer, super is responsive/ helpful and lives nearby. Close to a lot of cool things in the east village and lower east side.

Unresponsive management/ owner, lots of drafts from windows, radiator leaks

Advice to the owners

Respond to your tenants and fix issues when they arise, not months later.
