Convenient location, small rooms
Former Tenant
Pros:
high ceilings, close to restaurants and stores
Cons:
No AC unit, rodent problem, packages were stolen
Over 1 year ago
Very loud building, right next to two fire stations
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big open kitchen in our apartment
Lots of sunlight
Cons:
Packages were constantly stolen, anyone can come in/out of the building because of the phone intercom system they use.
There are two fire stations close by so you will hear fire trucks at all hours, we had to buy a noise machine to sleep and it still wasn't enough.
Be prepared for constant rent increases, just look at the rent history of each apartment on street easy.
It took a month to get our deposit back and we only got it then because we referenced the NY law that states they're required to return the deposit within 14 days.
