super was great, allowed us to keep bikes on the lower level below the main entrance. high ceilings

Pros:
The apartments are big! The hot water is never ending! Lighting was great. The guys who clean the building and do repairs are very nice!
Cons:
Loud loud loud corner. Everyday, all day. Packages get stolen. There are cameras but the super does not help you to review them/told me I have to buy cords and a screen to do so. Wouldn’t really repair things all the way would have to come back and do things again. Management is so rude. Yelled at me multiple times on the phone. Offer zero help during covid financially, they are strictly there to make money. They’re just shady.
Advice to owner:
Be kind to your tenants. Implement a better security system.
