    Pros:
    Organized the top floor to withhold rent & got a few months comped for water damages
    Cons:
    I dont like living with roaches when I dont know the next time I will wake up to wet plaster.
    Advice to owner:
    Don't just do a patch job. It'll cost you more in the long run.
