    Gorgeous apartment, very unsafe

    Pros:
    The building is newly renovated and the apartment is gorgeous. New appliances, beautiful, flooring and countertops.
    Cons:
    The windows are beautiful but they do not absorb sound at all so you will hear everything on the street. There are a group of men on the corner selling drugs at all hours of the day that play very loud music and scream at each other. Also don’t expect to receive any of your packages here because there are thief’s that get through the front door easily with a knife. The management does not respond to issues appropriately so don’t expect any help from them either. We had a leak and have had water damage since right after we moved in that they have no intention to fix. Also the building has horrible water pressure, in the kitchen you can barely wash dishes.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a new management company who will take care of your property and fix things the right way.
