The building itself is great, the neighbours I had were amazing.
Cons:
Landlord refused to put heating back on DURING FIRST COVID LOCKDOWN. Also faked documents to avoid giving deposit back. Has refused deposit return to me Andy old neighbour.
Advice to owner:
Just be better

The landlord and management are the worst I have had in 15 years. Read the lease before you sign, I had a tenant lawyer and he agreed saying dirty practices are at hand. They harassed me and several tenants, some tenants took them to court, (google it) for them unfairly taking security deposits. Unprofessional, will text you at all hours of the night, gaslight you if you try to let them know something is wrong with things that are out of your control like burst pipe in the building, broken laundry machine, or broken front building lock, or even no heat. Very rude and condescending language used. Please be aware of this management and landlord.
