Electricity bill super high due to electric heating

Pros:
- quiet neighborhood, building really clean
Cons:
- electric everything: including stove top and heating. Electricity bill is crazy

Thin walls but fine applicances

The guiding was always kept clean
Nice private roof
Quiet st
Appliances were nice
In unit washer dryer and dishwasher
Cons:
The walls are paper thin
You will hear everything, footsteps, washer dryer going, walls shaking if they are too loud
I barely got any sleep

Management did reach out but never took a firm hand with above units
Advice to owner:
80% carpet rule
