    It's fine

    Pros:
    Nice staircase, friendly neighbors
    Cons:
    Super is pretty unresponsive and there were medium amount of roaches. They do offer free 1x per month pest control if you choose, which we never did due to our cats.
    Advice to owner:
    Apt is fine
