Tim is the best landlord anyone could hope for, he's very responsive and truly cares about his tenants. He has a team of handymen that help with fixing any issues and they always come quickly and do a very nice job. The building is very quiet and all tenants are very respectful.

We had a small mice problem but it was fixed promptly and haven't had any issues since
