    Great place to live
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Truly amazing landlord. Close to Tompkins Square Park. Great bars nearby. All appliances functional.
    Cons:
    Bit of a walk to nearest subway stop. Motorcycle theft in neighborhood.
