    Great building but small apartments

    Recently renovated, nice building, great climate control, very quiet
    Cons:
    Frequent package theft

    Great location, safe building with virtual security system.
    Cons:
    Super is great, but gives band aid solutions to apartment issues. Ex: painting over mold, painting over water leaks
