    Great apt!

    Pros:
    The building is usually very clean, trash is stored outside, super is around and responsive (usually), landlord is super responsive and will help out when he can. Noise levels are good but sometimes there is noise in the trash pit (nothing crazy!) Overall a great building!
    Cons:
    The apartment gets SO hot. Not sure if it was just our unit but I was sweating all winter due to the radiator poles.
    Advice to owner:
    Heat control!

    Pros:
    great management that’s quick to respond and fix things, friendly live in super, great location
    Cons:
    bathroom outdated but that was just my unit, packages tend to get stolen
    Advice to owner:
    cameras in the stairways for safety and theft
