    Great location but some issues

    Good location & no fee
    Cons:
    Some mice, pipes in bathroom occasionally leak, pricey
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of the mice

    Great location, quiet street
    Cons:
    Loud neighbors were in a band and practiced constantly. Heater was incredibly loud. The fridge was a mini fridge and not at all livable
    Advice to owner:
    Get real kitchen appliances
